Love your podcasts as they are typically spot on. Unfortunately, in the middle of your science-oriented podcast you interview a hobby farmer and portray his biased opinion as fact. Your credibility went right out the window, regarding the health of livestock production. As a professional swine veterinarian, I’ve spent my life dealing with livestock producers who commit to producing healthy pork products. I’ve dealt with both inside production practices as well as outdoor practices. There is no comparison as to the comfort of the animal and the ability to produce healthier pork. Indoor wins. I feel you owe your listeners an apology for representing this unscientific hobby farmer’s opinion as science. (Think Fauci!). Please keep up the great work but take an honest look at that piece of your podcast to improve your credibility.
