100%, Steve. Thanks for bringing so much clarity to these issues.

Two more things.

Firstly, in a few days we'll be in shutdown. We can fire non essential federal employees during this period. President Trump should use this golden opportunity to say adios to federal district court judges.

Secondly, Comey thinks he can beat the conspiracy charge announced yesterday by negating the 'intent' requirement. We need ONE of his former FBI associates [probably in exchange for immunity] to testify he discussed employing the "good faith" defense should Trump ever come after him---such discussions constitute an indirect proof of "intent." Once the jury hears he's been shrewdly PLANNING to confuse them on the issue of criminal intent, all his good faith arguments go down the toilet.
