I have had the privilege of knowing Bob Muz for over two decades.
I coached a baseball team in his Near West Little League, the St. Procopius Pumas. We were the only Mexican team in a mostly black league, and we were the only Catholic parish team.
Bob welcomed the Pumas with open arms!
He would go on to found Chicago Hope Academy and enrolled several of our Pumas in his amazing high school.
